Off and running...

So.... the man just got this car yesterday, and already it's in a thousand pieces all over the garage floor.  I'm not sure how he does it, but I've decided not to ask.  He's as happy as a hog in slop with this project already.  In fact, I'm not sure if I've seen him so happy before, and of course, that makes me profoundly happy.  The man has a project...a job.  And it's his job.... his creation.  His company.  Or rather... our company. Together.

 Every part of this car will eventually be removed, with the exception of the chassis and the engine....and that includes the body itself.  Here, you can see that he's already stripped down the front end, but left the engine intact.

As he goes, he's getting me to catalogue the entire procedure via pictures, so that he can have a record, but also so that he can send progress reports to the owner.  Here he's pointing out some rust damage on a part that will need to be replaced.

I'm so proud of him!
